Greetings. We find your comments regarding warranty commitments perplexing. Your carefree maintenance expired on June 30th, an arrangement established by the manufacturer when you took delivery of your vehicle and outside of our control. While we disagree with your characterization of our associate, we will use your comments as an opportunity to mentor them.

I needed a 60k mile check-up for my ID.4. Making the appointment was easy. I was given an estimate before the work and offered shuttle service home. They called to let me know when it was ready, and the work was done on time and on budget. Everything was smooth and professional.
