    I had a situation where I was trying to explain something to the woman who was handling my service to my vehicle, and after multiple attempts, there was still some confusion. This happened the last time I brought my car in for service as well. After requesting a supervisor, everything went very smoothly after that. I also had the opportunity to speak to another service tech named Anthony who was also extremely helpful. I love my vehicle and I love the way. Everyone in your dealership has helped me along the way. My only concern is With the woman who was in charge of setting up service for my vehicle. It would be helpful if she took the opportunity to listen to the customers Concerns rather than try to talk over the customer. This happened on both occasions that I have dealt with her. I’m sure she is very good at her job, but, I do not seem to be able to communicate my needs to her. Thank you for your help with this matter.

    Actual repair diagnosis &rrpair was great. However my EZDrive transponder was stolen from windshield and ended up in another customers vehicle. I can only think the person who valets vehicle took it & it was in pocket snd fell out in another vehicle. I don’t feel responsibility was taken by dealership on the theft. Just saying they have no idea doesn’t cut it. It did not remove itself from windshield and grow legs and jump onto another vehicle. I have loved the service since I bought vehicle, but this theft and denial of responsibility is extremely irritating. Nice to offer free oil change/rotation - would have been nicer to refund my money for that days service. Bottom line though - you still have a thief working therr!

    I made an appointment a week ahead for my ID.4 to have the door handled fixed and the software updated, both under recalls. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the parts to fix the door handles and couldn't do the software update for another few weeks. Kudos to the technician for telling me as soon as I arrived, but why not call me to let me know before I drove to the dealer?

    Overall, a positive experience. I took my GLI in for the 10k maintenance, which was done within the estimated timeframe (~ 2 hours). Staff was helpful and efficient.
