Our new Taos broke down 6hrs after we drove it home. Our neighbors come over to see it and they crossed Volkswagen off there list to look at. We called the sales person and she never returned the call. Next day it was returned and was told they didn't know when it would be fixed as they had a few of these in the shop with the same problem. I stopped to see the sales person and she said she never heard of this. She should have said "I will check on your car and make sure it is repaired ASAP". 7 days and we still don't have our car repaired.

I walked in frazzled and the kind receptionist guided me to Jennifer, a service advisor in Annapolis. They took me as they were closing on a Friday, the 4th of July. She set me up with a rental to drive given mechanics were out for the holiday. Every person I encountered was helpful and just plain nice!
