Jennifer Cahill is my service provider, and she always provides professional and superior service. My brakes went bad prematurely last year, and they were replaced. So, it was less than a year on the replacement brakes, and they started doing the same thing. Jennifer told me they were under the manufacturer warranty, and they would replace them because the technician was able to duplicate the grinding. I am very appreciative of the care and professionalism that Jennifer provides, along with the entire service department staff.

We purchased Tiguan on Sept 7,2024. Sensor light came on after two weeks. In shop for 10 days. Received it back again only to have light come on again. It is back in shop waiting on sensor. I am extremely disappointed with VW. I fear there will continue to be issues with this " new car" we spent more than $30,000 dollars!

Attempted to overcharge me. Lost a part of my car and did not offer to replace it. They said we could buy the car parts, even though they were the ones that last it. Some employees were rude when asking simple questions. Took longer than expected. Paid for an interior car cleaning for $50, and they didn't clean anything inside the car. But, the car seems to be working fine, so the mechanics did a great job. Compliments to the mechanics.
