your phone service is absolute GARBAGE. I called to make an appointment, and was told i could not have a loaner if you weren't keeping the car overnight, despite having been a regular customer for TWENTY YEARS, and i've never been told that before. I ended up hanging up and just driving to the dealership to make my appointment. Seriously, get rid of the answering service and go back to the way it used to be, with people who know what they're talking about.

The staff we dealt with were fantastic. They were very personable. Breton and Conrad are highly recommendable. The only thing I think needs improvement is the building itself. It’s very outdated and just seems “off the beaten path”.
