John Green is great. I called to see about an ID.Buzz, he found one at the port waiting for the recall and put it on hold for me. After 2 weeks I asked if there were any others in the area available and he was able to track me down one and get it in. This is my 4th purchase with him, and I'll keep coming back to him anytime I'm in the market for a VW.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful I was treated at Fitzgerald Volkswagen, while traveling down the East coast I encountered trouble with my brand new Tiguan, called your service department and was connected with Jennifer Cahill who had me bring the car in immediately and was told it could be looked at soon, Jennifer made it happen and could not have been more accommodating, keeping me updated and was able to fix the car and return to me the next day (Jennifer is amazing).

I am writing this review to warn others about the extremely poor experience I had at this Volkswagen dealership’s service center. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic competence displayed during my visit.
My main concern is that I was overcharged for a service that was never actually completed. High prices are one thing, but charging a customer for work that wasn’t performed is simply dishonest. I left the dealership with the same issue I came in for, but with less money in my pocket.
To make matters worse, my interaction with a staff member named Mike was incredibly disappointing. He told me I was not allowed to research my vehicle’s issues online or use tools like Google or AI to help understand the problem. I was made to feel embarrassed for simply trying to get informed and involved in fixing my vehicle. Instead of being helpful, Mike was dismissive, condescending, and even suggested that if I wasn’t happy with my car, I should just trade it in for another one. His attitude was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable.
It’s disheartening that our local community has to deal with a business that treats its customers with such blatant disrespect and dishonesty. We deserve better.
I strongly advise against taking your vehicle here for service. You risk being overcharged for incomplete work, and you may be treated with the same disregard that I experienced. I will not be returning, and I urge others to look elsewhere for service. Not recommended at all.

Your assessment of Mike and our dealership is grossly incorrect. According to you, a dealership out of state replaced your Tiguan's engine. You stated that the emergency braking systems were not working properly and asked us to diagnose them and try to determine what was not working. We scanned the vehicle, checked the operating systems as you requested, and provided you with that information. According to the scan tool, all systems are operational, no warning lights are illuminated, and no systems appear inoperable. That answer was insufficient for you, so Mike asked the service manager to intervene. The service manager then road-tested the vehicle with you, reviewed the operating systems with you, and took the time to try to help you. You insisted that something was still wrong with the vehicle, so we rescheduled a second appointment for today (Tuesday) and planned to take a step further to inspect your concerns, but you never showed up. Instead, you are writing untruthful posts about us, about a repair we never made, and a problem we never created. We feel it would be best for you to seek a second opinion at another Volkswagen dealership.
