I visited for service, asking for specific items beyond the usual. These were not completed and are very important to me. Since I drive a lot, unbalanced tires and worn wipers are frustrating. My service agent was excellent, and the car detail was also very good. Communicating through text was cumbersome. A service app would be better and would also benefit you. It could include item approvals, service history, details about service agents, and reduce communication issues.

I made an appointment online for an oil change and to have my recall fixed. When I got there I was told the recall part needed to be ordered and I would need to come back for that. A heads up would have been nice since I do not live close. I also bought the service package when I purchased the car. Again when I got there I was told I was out of the timeframe to use that, not sure why the timeframe matters if I paid for the service it should be when I am able to get there. The cost of the oil change was ridiculous. When I made the online appointment I requested a loaner so I could go to work, they said it wouldn’t be much more than an hour so I instead waited , it was indeed much more than an hour.
