    This is the second time I went for the service. Two years ago, when I had a flat tire and I faced the worst behavior of the service advisor. Unfortunately I had the same person. As soon as I saw her, I thought its almost 2 years and she should be okay now but she remembered me and asked me questions to make sure that I am the same person who she misbehaved with. I ignored her and she told me that I need to get the tire rotation done along with maintenance because in a way I will need it in future. (I work in a same business and i can get it cheaper there) but I thought if I am here, let's do tire rotation as well. After almost 2 hours she gave me the key, asked me to go to the billing counter to pay and she said that my car is outside on the left side. It was raining and the car was 2 lanes away, the service lane was empty and I could get the car inside but she didnt bother to be courteous. Anyway, as soon as I hit the road, my car's tire pressure sensor gave me low pressure indication in all the tires. I pulled my car to the nearby gas station, adjust the tire pressure, and left. I didn't want to face that rude lady and the incompetent service team. You charged $60 for tire rotation and didnt bother to do a basic tire pressure check which is the part of tire rotation. I didnt want to do a review because I had nothing positive but this was the 3rd email and I thought to share my bad experience.
