    Generally, the service process was very good and the service coordinator polite and helpful. I called to schedule the appointment due to the last time i used the web portal and the purpose of last my visit was specific and associated with a recall and clearly nobody reads the notes on the web portal scheduling, so you were unprepared for that last service and had to scramble to get parts. A couple items of note... once i checked-in, i was asked to pull my car into the 'bay', and the overhead door was open so I walked through this rather than the pedestrian door next to the overhead door, while i was walking through the opening the overhead door, very aggressively came slamming down and smacked me in the head. This left me with a bruise and 'egg' on my head for a number of days along with a headache for the rest of the day. While the service coordinator asked me if i was ok, having this situation be possible is something i would look at closely. Thankfully for you, i'm not a litigious person nor a frail old lady, but if that occurred to the wrong person i can imagine it could result in an unfavorable situation for you. For some reason i thought you had a car wash at your facility, if that's the case, it would be nice if you ran the cars through the wash before they get picked up. If i'm wrong about the existence of this, disregard this note, although that would be a nice added value to the customer.
