I had an excellent experience with Mike at Fitzgerald VW. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. He provided clear, upfront options for my car repair, each with different price points, allowing me to choose the best fit for my budget. When it became clear the repair was going to take longer than expected, Mike didn’t hesitate to offer a loaner car so I could pick up my kid for a doctor’s appointment. His customer service was truly outstanding—he made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Moving forward, I’ll be requesting to work with Mike for all my future car appointments. Highly recommend!

Your carefree maintenance expired on June 30th, an arrangement established by the manufacturer when you took delivery of your vehicle and outside of our control.
